NOTE ON VERDICTS AND SETTLEMENTS
The Law Office of Mann & Elias cannot report any recent employment law verdicts simply because we have successfully settled all employment law claims without the necessity of trial in the last 5 years. We also can’t report most of our employment claim settlements due to confidentiality provisions in the settlement agreements, a condition imposed by all employers/defendants in order to settle claims against them. We managed to include a few recent employment law results because the confidentiality provisions in those particular cases were not as strict as others.
